North Bellmore Public Library Concert Series
The Voyager Reed Quintet explores shared humanity by performing music that traverses stylistic boundaries and celebrates the intersections of diverse musical traditions. Their program features works by living composers, jazz and popular music adaptations, contemporary classical pieces, and innovative transcriptions that bring older works into the reed quintet medium.
Residency at Syracuse University

Join Duo TexArkana for an afternoon of 21st Century Music for the clarinet and saxophone at Saint John’s in the Village. Clarinetist Timothy Hanley and Saxophonist Jarod Apple will be performing works by David Biedenbender, Eric Mandat, Kyle Henkel, Stacy Garrop, Nadine Silverman, Alissa Voth, and more! Admission is open to all, with a suggested donation of $20.

Voyager Reed Quintet is excited to come to South Country Schools for a residency in October, including a masterclass, performance for students, and an evening concert for the community.
Marvel Studios’ Infinity Saga Concert Experience
This live-to-film orchestral performance features the music of 23 Marvel Studios films. Performed by the Hollywood Film Music Orchestra, this concert highlights the scores that shaped the journeys of Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, and more. Audiences will relive key moments from the Marvel Cinematic Universe—including the formation of the Avengers and the Infinity Saga’s climactic events—in a thrilling cinematic and musical experience.

OperaMAya Festival: Brighter Days
The OperaMaya International Music Festival tours operatic performances and works by Mexican composers throughout the Yucatán Peninsula for two weeks each June, based out of the Hotel Dos Playas in Cancún.

NBCO invites you to "Our City, Our People, Our Music" to come celebrate the rich musical tapestry of our area at our upcoming full orchestral concert highlighting local cultures.
The American experience is reflected in Aaron Copland's iconic “Appalachian Spring”. “Under the Night Sky in the Philippines", a world premiere, captures the romance of Pacific Islands. Our lively Hispanic scene is the focus of the wildly popular, flamboyant composition “Danzón No. 2” by Arturo Márquez. The tabla, a pair of hand drums with an amazing range of percussive effects, highlights the richness of the Asian culture in Eric Watson’s “Dialogue for Tabla and Orchestra". We will also showcase Voyager Reeds, who will be ending their residency with us after an outstanding salon series.
Elgar’s Friends & Ravel at 150
Join the Hudson Valley Symphony Orchestra for a dazzling Season Finale! Celebrate the 150th anniversary of Maurice Ravel’s birth by traveling through a world of fairytales with his magical Mother Goose Suite. The HVSO is delighted to present cellist William Suh, 2023 winner of the HVP String Competition, performing Shostakovich’s evocative Cello Concerto No.1. The program continues with the exhilarating Short Ride in a Fast Machine by John Adams and Edward Elgar’s beloved Enigma Variations. Reduced ticket prices are available for seniors and students, and children under five are welcome free of charge. All are invited to attend this joyful conclusion of the HVSO’s Season of Renewal!

This is a combination of original works for the reed quintet, and arrangements of works for other instrumentations.
